Proton Shift Layer (PEM) electrolysis is a promising technology for the eco-friendly production of hydrogen. This process involves using an electrolyte membrane to separate water into its constituent elements: hydrogen and oxygen. By imposing an electrical current, the PEM electrolyzer can initiate
